THE KING OF AFROBEATS, D’BANJ, DELIVERS THE HEAT ON UK TOUR

Afrobeats superstar, D’Banj ended his highly anticipated UK “Kokomaster” Tour with an explosive, high energy set at the London’s O2 Academy in Brixton last night*, following sold-out performances
in Manchester and Birmingham.

D’Banj got the crowds of fans going with some of his biggest hits including globally acclaimed classics like (UK Top 10 song) “Oliver Twist” and recent favourites such as “Shake It”
and “Emergency.”

Included in the show was a *cameo performance by Nigerian Artist, Slimcase, and a duet with LA based singer/songwriter, Stacy Barthe, on a new single “Restore Me”, from his forthcoming album featuring new global crossover hit material for release later in the year.*

*Stacy recently co-wrote two songs on* *Beyoncé’s new album, “The Lion King – The Gift” – including “Brown Skin Girl” and “Bigger”.*

*In the song, “Restore Me”, D’Banj revealed how a very personal event – losing his young son a year ago – was restored by his wife having fallen pregnant and due for delivery later in the year.*

*The Nigerian Afrobeats hitmaker will head to the USA for a series of much-anticipated exciting performances in the coming months, including stops in New York, Atlanta, LA and Chicago*, to name but a few.
